Department of Ophthalmology
The Department of Ophthalmology provides the comprehensive treatment of the eye specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of the eyes. From comprehensive treatment of vision issues to laser surgery and treatment of cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration and other disease states.
Facilities Available:-
- OPD on all days 8 am to 3pm except on Sunday.
- Casualty 24 hours
- Operation Theatre
a) Major on all days except on Saturday and Sunday.
b) Minor on all days except Sundays attached to OPD
c) Emergency 24 x7

2.Vision testing and spectacle prescription
Keratometry - Automated, Manual
Biometry- Ultrasound & Immersion- For work up of patients for cataract surgery –SICS & Phacoemulsification
3. Dark Room –For retinoscopy and fundus examination.
